If you are looking for lights from a specific Manufacturer, using this filter will display only the products of that brand.\n\nAfter selecting the criteria, press the “Search for product” button. If you make selections in multiple criteria simultaneously, they will be applied together, and only the products that meet all the criteria will be displayed. If you put in the same basket items with different delivery times, then ordered goods will be delivered within a period equal to the maximum delivery period of the products in your shopping cart. In order to deliver the goods to you, we use a variety of transportation options. In most cases we use our own transport and Smartpost. Larger parcels will be brought to you by our long-term partners in the field of logistics. When receiving fixtures be sure to check their condition. If for any reason the goods are broken or have been damaged during transportation, document the evidence in the presence of the courier and notify us as soon as possible by phone or e-mail. If possible, please take a picture of damaged goods. Later claims of the external defects of the goods will be very difficult to meet.<\/p>

All products are warranted for 2 years, except in cases where the manufacturer provides longer term guarantees or warranties e.g. \u2013 LEDs, etc. Proof of the guarantee\/warranty is your invoice and evidence of payment.<\/p>

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.\u2028<\/p>

The costs of returning the product are borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the subject matter of the returnable item does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. incorrect or defective light fixture).\u2028<\/p>

The buyer must return the product within 14 days after submitting the statement or provide evidence that the product has been handed over to the carrier within that period.\u2028Upon receiving the returnable product, the Online Store shall reimburse the buyer for all payments received under the contract without delay, but no later than 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal declaration.<\/p>

The online store may refuse to make refunds until it has received the returned item or until the buyer has provided evidence of returning the item, depending on which occurs earlier.\u2028If the buyer has explicitly chosen a method of delivering the item offered by the Online Store that is different from the most cost-effective standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not obligated to reimburse the consumer for costs exceeding the standard delivery method.\u2028<\/p>
