Light fixtures are easiest to choose through categories. When you hover over the header menu item LIGHTING, a mega menu with product categories will open.
If you want to find a specific color or style of light fixture, use the filters in the header of the product list.

Built-in LED lights often do not require anything additional, but for many fixtures, additional light sources may need to be purchased, and several technical fixtures may require additional devices. Therefore, it is useful to follow the recommendations for additional equipment that the system offers for the selected fixture.

Once you have selected the suitable light fixture, add it to the shopping cart. If the product has variations in size, color, or technical specifications, please ensure you have made the correct selection from the respective dropdown menu. After adding the product to the shopping cart, also review the necessary accessories recommended by the system for the product. When you are ready with your shopping cart, you can proceed to place your order.
Once you’ve found the suitable products, proceed to place your order.
When placing your order, be sure to fill in the fields marked with an asterisk. We need your contact information to clarify the delivery address if necessary, notify you when the order is on its way, or inform you if the delivery time is extended for any reason.
You have the option to purchase products as a guest or as a registered user.
When placing an order, you can fill in the field to add the company name. If we have an order in our system with your company name added, we will send the invoice for the order addressed to the company name to the provided email.
You don’t need to register as a user, but it can be beneficial to gain additional benefits and enhance your shopping experience, such as faster order processing and saving order history. However, you can also place an order as a guest if you prefer.
To pay for the order, you can use various payment methods. Choose a credit or debit card, and you will be directed to a payment gateway where you can select the appropriate bank link and complete the payment. For payment by credit or debit card, you need to enter your card details.

It is also possible to pay for the order based on an invoice, for example, if you prefer to make a transfer directly from your bank. To do this, check the box for BANK TRANSFER.

When placing an order, you can choose your preferred shipping method for receiving the goods. The shipping cost depends on the dimensions and weight of the ordered items.
The delivery time depends on the selected light fixture and can vary from three days to three weeks. An approximate delivery time is indicated for each fixture, but the order may arrive somewhat earlier or later. We do our best to ensure that the selected light fixtures reach you as quickly as possible.
If your order has not reached you within the timeframe specified for the ordered products, please contact us immediately so that we can determine why the order is delayed. If necessary, we are happy to offer a replacement product or find some other compromise. If it turns out that the ordered light fixture is no longer available or has been lost during delivery, we will refund the order amount.

If you wish to track your shipment, it is possible to do so after we have dispatched the ordered goods from our warehouse. To do this, please ask our team for the tracking number through the chat window.
If you wish to change your delivery address after placing the order, please send us an email at info@light24.lt. Make sure to include your name, telephone number, order number, and the new address where you want the order to be delivered.
If your shipment arrives with a courier, take a few moments to inspect it in the presence of the courier. If the product has been damaged for any reason during transportation, document it in the presence of the courier (take photos or videos) and send the relevant information to us at info@light24.lt.
If you ordered the shipment to a parcel locker, follow the same procedure. The sooner you inform us about the damaged shipment, the easier it is for us to investigate the circumstances and provide a suitable solution (replace the product, arrange for the return of the shipment, etc).
Later claims regarding external defects of the product are very difficult for us to address.
All products come with a 2-year warranty, except when the manufacturer offers a longer warranty – such as LEDs, etc. The invoice serves as the warranty certificate.
If a defect or problem occurs with the product during the warranty period, please contact us immediately. It’s possible that the issue can be resolved with the right maintenance or by replacing necessary parts.

If you received the wrong or damaged product, please let us know immediately, and we will do everything we can to ensure you receive the desired product as quickly as possible.
For damaged products, please take a photo of the product’s issue, include a brief description, and send it to us via email at info@light24.lt
If the product does not suit you for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of receiving the product.
If for any reason the product does not suit you, you have the option to return it within 30 days of receiving the goods. The light fixture must be undamaged, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition.
To return the goods, please fill out the “Return Request Form“.
We will refund the full amount for the goods within 14 days after receiving the light fixtures in our warehouse. The costs associated with shipping the goods are not refundable.

If you wish to make minor modifications to your light fixture, we are more than happy to accommodate your request. For example, adjusting the height of pendant lights from the ceiling, adding a switch to wall lights, etc.
