The IP65 Bathroom Range

When designing lighting for bathroom or sauna spaces, consider the fixtures’ resistance to moisture. Moisture resistance is indicated by the international IP rating, which consists of two digits, with the second indicating the fixture’s protection against moisture – the higher the number, the stronger the protection. Fixtures with an IP rating of 44 or higher are suitable for bathroom or sauna walls and ceilings, while fixtures with an IP rating of 65 or higher are better suited for floors.
